Manage subscriptions in the Mac App Store app. If you’re using macOS Mojave, you can also manage your subscriptions within the App Store app. After launching the Mac App Store, click on your avatar or initials at the bottom of the sidebar. You may agree on the trial version that is initially free and then forget that the following month it will charge a fee to your Apple account. Apple also doesn’t make it easy to cancel these subscriptions. Here’s how! Follow the instructions in the tutorial below.

It’s not obvious how to get to this section and there is also one other thing you must do.
